Markus Redding

Markus Redding, M.S.W., J.D. is the Co-Founder and Partner of Aristotle Consulting LLC , a professional consulting firm that provides a variety of marketing, business development, coaching and public relations services to non-profit and for-profit businesses and law firms nationwide. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University where he teaches a variety of courses related to human behavior, law, advocacy and conflict resolution. Markus has over 20 years of experience in leadership and management positions in both the corporate legal/business sector, as well as with the non-profit sector. He specializes in professional development, organizational management and leadership coaching for professionals. Markus has worked with a variety of law firms, non-profit organizations, corporations and individual professionals, and his conflict and stress management coaching practice is international in scope. He has also worked with adults, families and children in a variety of clinical settings in the areas of mental health and grief and loss, including issues related to life transitions and job loss. He has conducted lectures and trainings at a variety of law firms, government and academic institutions, including New York University, Fordham University, Loyola University, and Columbia University. He also presents conflict and stress management workshops and presentations to a variety of audiences. Markus received his Masters of Science in Social Work from Columbia University, and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Law School. He is a member of numerous professional organizations including the International Coaching Federation, International Positive Psychology Association, National Association of Social Work, American Counseling Association, NYS Dispute Resolution Association and the American Sociological Association.
